11:07 p.m. Robert Lenn Caltabianco, 46, Laguna Beach, was arrested for tampering with a vehicle. Bail was set at $500.

El Toro Road & Laguna Canyon Road | Possession of a Controlled Substance, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance

10:36 p.m. Marcos Fidel Ponce, 25, Laguna Beach, was arrested being in possession of a controlled substance (bail was set at $500) and for being under the influence of a controlled substance (bail was set at $2,500).

Cliff Drive | 500 Block | Possession of a Controlled Substance

10:06 p.m. Ryan Cody Jeffery, 23, Mission Viejo, was arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bail amount was not listed. 

S Coast Hwy & Montage Resort Drive | Traffic Stop

4:25 p.m. According to LBPD Spokesperson PIO Sgt Jim Cota, an LBPD officer “observed a juvenile on a gas-powered bicycle with no helmet on. The juvenile fled on the bicycle down the ramp at Treasure Island ramp onto Treasure Island Beach. The juvenile attempted to drag his bicycle through the sand and hide in the bushes. He was located a few minutes later and detained for vehicle code violations and resisting arrest/delaying an officer…the juvenile’s mother was contacted and she later responded to LBPD to take custody of her son.”

2:58 p.m. Timothy Michael Libby, 33, Laguna Beach, was arrested for petty theft. Bail was set at $500.

S Coast Hwy | 500 Block | Disorderly Conduct – Alcohol

12:59 a.m. A 54-year-old Laguna Beach man was arrested for disorderly conduct related to alcohol. Bail was set at $500.

Catalina St | S Coast Hwy | Disorderly Conduct – Loitering

12:23 a.m. Michael Hays Matekel, 30, Dana Point, was arrested for disorderly conduct related to loitering. Bail was set at $500.

Laguna Canyon Road | 20600 Block Drinking in Public

10:40 a.m. A person contacted LBPD to report “there’s a group of people having a party with 50 dogs [who] are drinking mimosas.”

Broadway St | 300 Block | Parole Violation

8:37 a.m. Kyle James Blaker, 33, Laguna Beach, was arrested for violating parole. No bail was set.

Glenneyre St | 500 Block | Bench Warrant

7:54 a.m. Kyle Albert Winton, 38, Mission Viejo, was arrested for a bench warrant. Bail was set at $2,500.

Broadway St & N Coast Hwy | DUI

2:02 a.m. A 33-year-old Costa Mesa man was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Bail was set at $2,500.

Glenneyre St & Center St | DUI

1:34 a.m. A 40-year-old Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Bail was set at $2,500.

Glenneyre St & Park Ave | DUI, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content 0.08% or Higher

12:28 a.m. A 48-year-old Yorba Linda man was arrested on suspicion of DUI (bail was set at $2,500) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (bail was set at $2,500).

12:12 a.m. A 23-year-old Huntington Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Bail was set at $2,500.

Cress St | 700 Block | Juvenile Contact

11:13 p.m. A person contacted LBPD to report a party on the swings. One subject reportedly had a taser gun and was using it on a female. She asked him to stop. The parents were contacted and the juveniles were released on scene.

Park Ave | 600 Block | Noise

6:45 p.m. A person contacted LBPD to report that the LBHS football game was too loud.

7:12 p.m. A person contacted LBPD to report that music at LBHS was too loud and that they would like an officer to tell the high school to turn it down. “No one else in town is allowed to play music that loud in town,” they reported.

S Coast Hwy & Diamond St | DUI with One Prior, DUI Drugs & Alcohol

1:39 p.m. Spencer John Dodson, 39, Aliso Viejo, was arrested on suspicion of DUI with one prior (bail was set at $10,000) and a DUI involving drugs and alcohol (bail was set at $10,000). 

Forest Ave | 500 Block | Battery

1:59 a.m. Stacey Lynn Werner, 42, Laguna Beach, was arrested for battery committed against a peace officer. Bail was set at $500.

S Coast Hwy | 900 Block | Petty Theft

1:52 p.m. A person contacted LBPD to report that “about 20 minutes ago…someone [came] in and [took] a bench full of shirts. The suspect was dropped off in front of the business by a car.” The reporting person had video footage of the suspect, but it was reportedly buffering. The vehicle was described as a red Honda Pilot with covered up plates. The estimated loss was $660.

10:32 p.m. Stacey Lynn Werner, 42, Laguna Beach, was arrested for vandalism. Bail was set at $500.

3:48 p.m. Kortney Du Rae Oliver, 45 was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper for $400 or less. Bail was set at $500.

11:36 a.m. Rhonda Diane Metoyer, 59, Laguna Beach, was arrested for resisting arrest by an executive peace officer (no bail was set), obstructing an officer or EMT when performing duties (no bail was set), and smoking in public.

9:51 a.m. A 54-year-old Laguna Beach man was arrested for disorderly contact related to alcohol. Bail was set at $500.

3:44 p.m. Kortney Du Rae Oliver, 45 was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper for $950 or less. Bail was set at $500.
