Cultural Arts Funding Grants

The City of Laguna Beach offers annual grant funding with the purpose of creating quality cultural art programs that benefit overnight guests at Laguna Beach hotels while improving experiences for residents. Grants are available to non-profit organizations with the primary purpose and experience in presenting arts programs in Laguna Beach. This program is funded by the lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach.

Sunset Serenades Promotional Artwork

Honorarium: $900

The Arts Commission is seeking 2D artwork to use in promotional materials for its Sunset Serenades music series, held at the Heisler Park Amphitheater each May, June and September featuring genres including original singer/songwriters, opera, classical and jazz/blues, and world cultural music.

This program is funded by the lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach.

Public Art Ordinance & Policy

The City of Laguna Beach Arts Commission will present its concept and recommendations for policies for public art to the City Council on February 27. The purpose of the report is to provide a consolidated and updated set of policies that could become a comprehensive program guideline available online for all artists, stakeholders and the public.
