Exhibitor offers career insights to a student

The Career Roundup aims to provide a platform for businesses to actively contribute to the development of the next-generation workforce. By signing up as an exhibitor, local organizations can connect with motivated, bright students who are just starting to explore their career options. This is a chance to build relationships and identify potential interns or future employees before they enter the competitive job market.

Students access information about the fashion industry

“By building strong connections between our schools and local businesses is fundamental to the success of our students,” said Superintendent Jason Viloria, Ed.D. “As we collaborate to shape the future workforce, we believe that by working together, we create pathways for our students to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the community they call home.”

The Career Roundup can play a pivotal role in shaping the aspirations and future success of LBUSD students. These connections not only enhance students’ exposure to real-world opportunities, but also allow businesses to actively contribute to the educational process, ensuring that the workforce aligns with the evolving needs of the local community.
