Savas’ illustrations seamlessly blend traditional and tech-driven approaches, commencing in the mid-1980s as an advertising and technical illustrator for the aerospace and retail sectors. His collaboration with esteemed clients, such as Mitsubishi, Seiko, Mars Candy, Quaker Oats, Beckman Instruments and Sega Games led to his art gracing prestigious venues like the Society of Illustrators in New York and Los Angeles, Spectrum and Applied Arts.

In the digital realm, his work has been featured in exhibitions and venues like Mac World, Corel Painter Expo, Morongo Casino and more. Holding a BFA from Laguna College of Art + Design and an MFA from California University Long Beach, Savas has been imparting his knowledge at LCAD since 1996, serving in various roles, and is currently the chair of Illustration. This collection eloquently showcases his multifaceted creativity, revealing a profound love for illustration’s macabre, whimsical and technical realms.
