Tango celebrates new chef with ribbon cutting

On Thursday, June 13, the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating Tango, one of Laguna Beach’s newest restaurants located in the heart of Downtown on Forest Avenue, and their new Executive Chef-Partner Josh Alexander.

Tango, which is owned and operated by Laguna Beach locals Stacey and Drew Howitt, features globally inspired dishes, curated wine pairings and exquisite cocktails. The menu changes daily, with tapas and mains rotated based on seasonal variations and availability.

“Our goal is to create a memorable, full senses experience in a lively atmosphere, with our focus on serving our Laguna Beach locals,” said Drew Howitt.

Tango’s mouth-watering menu features globally inspired tapas and mains

Items currently listed on their website include Lobster Caesar Salad, San Danielle Prosciutto, Brisket French Dip, Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich, Cast Iron Salmon & Dungeness Crab Roulade and Greater Omaha NY Steak, among others.

Tango’s Executive Chef Josh Alexander brings three decades of experience, professionalism and dynamic leadership to Tango. Known for his innovative approach and exceptional culinary skills, Chef Josh is poised to usher in a new era of gastronomic excellence at Tango.
